04 / Shipping & Handling
Once the final fitting is completed, our workshop of master tailors and craftsman get to work and complete your garments,
We normally ship within 6-8 weeks.
If your orders and more urgent, there may be an extra cost to get it done within a shorter space of time.
We carry a large collection of fabrics from different seasonal weights to patterns, textures, and colors.
You can always let us know what you are looking for in advance so we can make sure we carry the appropriate fabric and garment samples to make sure you find what you need within our extensive range of fabric selections.
After you've decided on your fabric(s), our tailors will take your measurements and note down your style and fit preferences.
We normally advise a new client to bring a pair of pants / shirt / suit that fits well or as a reference point. This is not necessary but it will help make the measurement and style process slight more efficient! If you don't have anything to bring, no worries at all! Our Master Tailor will guide you through the rest of the process!
01 / Book an Appointment
With our team travelling all over the world, you can check out our Tour Schedule or make an enquiry and we can let you know when one our or style consultants or tailor will be visiting your city so you can pick your fabrics and get measured in the most seamless and efficient way.
Once your appointment is confirmed, our travelling tailor will get in touch with you to make sure you have the correct details of the appointment.
03 / Fitting
At this stage, if you have ordered multiple garments with us, we normally send you one trial suit and one shirt first for "Fitting" purposes. This ensures that if you need any minor adjustments or changes, the necessary changes that make you feel comfortable will be made for your remaining order and the trial order so every piece of garment makes you feel exactly how you want to.
